Returns and Exchange Policy:

We don't accept returns, exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Each item in our shop is handmade to your specific needs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All items are made after you order them. If you believe we made a mistake on your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We can not accept any exchanges, even due to error, after 3 days so please double check your products upon arrival. We can not accept returns/exchanges on any international purchases- all international sales are final.


In the event that you need something changed on your order such as size, style or color, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can not guarantee any changes, but will do our best to accommodate when possible.


We do not accept cancellations. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please request within 24 hours and we may be able to accommodate, if your order has not already been started. Standard orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order. Rush orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee any cancellations as we may have already started your order. All canceled orders will be subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. If we are able to cancel your order after the stated times, there may be a restocking fee in addition to the cancellation fee depending on order processing.


All items from Laced with Love are carefully handcrafted with lots of love and care. Our production time varies from 2-6 weeks, depending on the item(s) being ordered, with most items taking 2-3 weeks for production. If an item is needed for a special event/date please send us an email prior to purchase to see if it can be accommodated


We ship with the United States Postal Service. Once your order ships you will receive a message with the tracking information. Domestic shipping is approximately 3-5 business days. International shipping is approximately 14-21 business days. For international orders, please note, shipping time varies according to your countries customs clearing and can take up to several months for delivery. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any duties or charges applied by the destination country. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance on your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays with or lost packages in transit. If you have not received your order, you must contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim so they can help you resolve the issue.
